My client is a leading provider of IT managed Services that have an immediate requirement for a proven 3rd Line Managed Services Engineer based out of their Surrey Offices.
As 3rd Line Managed Services Engineer you will have a proven MSP background with a demonstrable range of technical skills across tech such as M365, O365, Windows Server, Exchange, Azure AD, Networking, Sophos, Ubiquity, Autotask. You will be a natural troubleshooter with the ability to deliver projects and driven by outstanding customer service. It goes without saying that the 3rd Line Managed Services Engineer will not just have solid technical skills but be an outstanding communicator.
