Element Recruitment are delighted to be partnering with an exciting, private equity backed technology business as they look to hire a Management Accountant into a brand new role.
Supporting the Group Financial Controller and working with the wider finance team, this role will present a fantastic opportunity to grow your career and increase your exposure within a fast growing business. You will take ownership of the monthly management accounts preparation and assist with budgeting and forecasting activities. By providing accurate management information, analysis and meaningful insight, you will make an impact on the wider business performance and associated KPIs as the business looks to scale.
You will consider yourself to be a hands on, self motivated finance professional who is preferably qualified (ACA/ACCA/CIMA) however, latter stages of study will be considered and supported. You will have strong Excel skills with experience of working with large data sets and possess the skills and confidence to partner with both financial and non-financial stakeholders across the business.
This business are operating with a high degree of flexible and hybrid working with the possibility of just 2 days per month in the office for the right candidate. A salary of up to £46,000 is available for the right candidate dependent on experience, plus a wider package including private medical care.
