Key Responsibilities:
- Process invoices, expenses, and financial transactions with precision and efficiency.
- Reconcile accounts, ensuring all financial records are accurate and up-to-date.
- Assist in the preparation of financial reports and budgets.
- Maintain organised and detailed financial records and documentation.
- Support payroll processing and assist with other finance tasks.
- Provide essential administrative support to the finance team.
Desirable:
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related field.
- Previous experience in finance or accounting administration is a plus, but not essential.
- Strong attention to detail and excellent organisational skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel and basic understanding of accounting software.
- Ability to work independently, prioritise tasks, and meet deadlines.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
