Our client are a market leading, established firm of estate and letting agents with offices throughout the area. They are looking to recruit an experienced sales negotiator for one of their most prolific and successful offices.
The role will involve all aspects of estate agency including phoning out new instructions, booking and accompanying viewings, marketing, vendor contacts and much more.
Providing a personal service, with great attention to detail and a wealth of industry knowledge, the company are highly respected within the area and are looking for a professional and driven individual to be part of their team. Obviously some property experience as a sales negotiator is preferred for this role although a junior will be considered either as a graduate or perhaps with one or two years strong sales, customer service experience.
You will be very target focused and able to deal in all ends of the market with the ability to sell and continue to drive business forward with your team.

A full and valid driving licence is also essential.
