Walker and Sloan are partnered a established integrated marketing agency who are looking for an talented agency Social Media Manager to join their team in South Wales. Working within the eCommerce team you will be responsible for carrying out the vision of a number of brands developing and maintaining each brand's presence across a range of social media platforms and blogs.

What You'll Be Doing

  • Drive the creation of content and reels on social media by collaborating closely with the in-house design team, brand partners, external digital agencies, freelancers, and content creators.
  • Expand all social media channels, aligning with the continuous growth of the brands in our portfolio.
  • Oversee daily operations on Facebook, Instagram, and TikTok, ensuring flawless execution and developing ongoing content to boost traffic and engagement, while also strategising for new social platforms.
  • Gather, analyse, and compile performance reports for social media activity, providing actionable insights andrecommendations for future initiatives.
  • Plan and communicate key brand moments, partner opportunities, and campaign, product, and collaboration launches across social channels.
  • Coordinate with external agencies on various projects, managing daily copy tasks such as writing, reviewing, and editing to maintain brand voice and alignment.
  • Update relevant teams to ensure global social media and community strategies are aligned across all brands. Collaborate with the Digital Marketing Executive to manage global partnerships for social media.
  • Build and maintain relationships with key brand influencers and ambassadors, while also identifying and engaging new influencers who resonate with our brands.
  • Stay current with emerging trends in social media and digital to continuously innovate and enhance content production.

What You'll Need To Apply

  • Experience in content creation across a variety of social media platforms.
  • Experience with Facebook Business Manager, Instagram Storytelling, and LinkedIn engagement.
  • Understanding of social strategy, audience building, targeting, and best practices.
  • Ability to deliver end-to-end social campaigns, reporting on insights and analytics.
  • Ability to drive customer experience into effective acquisition, conversion, and retention tactics through social media.
  • Passionate about everything social, with a keen interest in keeping track of new developments within the industry.
  • Ability to build effective relationships and present to the ecommerce team.
