Maintenance Engineer
Up to £40,000 per annum + Overtime + Excellent Benefits
DAYSHIFT – Mon to Thurs 7:30 – 16:30, Friday 7:30 – 12:30.

We are currently recruiting a Maintenance Engineer at our Cheltenham Manufacturing site, to service and repair all machinery in our Assembly and Test area.
Key Responsibilities:
Electrical & Mechanical repair & preventative maintenance of all machinery, electrical equipment & factory services to a high standard in accordance with manufacturers specifications

Mechanical and/or Electrical/electronic fault finding and repair on all production equipment
Support the Maintenance Team Leader/Sub Section Leader with planning & implementing preventative maintenance schedules & TPM activities.
Improve the reliability of machinery & equipment.
Fully support the Maintenance Management team, delivery of the departmental strategy and associated Key Performance Indicators (KPI's).
Ensure CMMS data is kept up to date.
Boiler Operation and Energy Centre Maintenance.
Understand and comply with Company Environment, Health and Safety (EHS) practices, identify areas for improvement and support related initiatives
Understand and comply with the Company Core Values
Flexible to complete other duties when required
Develop and drive your own personal development plan
Experience Required:
Recognised Engineering Apprenticeship
Educated to ONC/HNC or equivalent in either Mechanical or Electrical discipline
Proven experience within a Maintenance environment
Good interpersonal and communication skills
Effective planner and organiser
Strong ability to make logical decisions that will resolve potential problems
Positive with a ‘can do' attitude
Ability to prioritise own workload to achieve operational and personal targets
