Your new role
We are currently seeking a passionate and innovative Teacher of Computing to join our team. In this role, you will play a crucial part in shaping the future of our students by equipping them with essential digital literacy and problem-solving skills. You will design and deliver engaging lessons that cover a broad spectrum of computing topics, from basic programming and coding to more advanced concepts such as cybersecurity and data science. Your new role involves:

  • Developing a comprehensive and dynamic computing curriculum that meets educational standards and prepares students for the digital world.
  • Utilising a variety of teaching methods to cater to different learning styles and abilities.
  • Inspiring students to develop a keen interest in technology and its applications.
  • Providing support and guidance to students in their individual learning journeys, encouraging them to explore and experiment.
  • Collaborating with colleagues to integrate computing skills across the curriculum.
  • Staying updated with the latest technological advancements and incorporating them into your teaching.

What you'll need to succeed

  • QTS or a similar discipline
  • A passion for literature and language
