Sales Executive

  • Salary: £30,000 base salary plus pension and commission (OTE £80,000+)

We are seeking a Sales Executive with a strong B2B sales track record and a dynamic approach to closing sales. This role is at the heart of our growth strategy, focusing on sourcing new leads, building valuable client relationships, and converting prospects into long-term partners for our marketing services. With a primary focus on the UK market, the role also targets English-speaking regions such as the USA, Canada, Australia, and Dubai. The successful candidate will enjoy a high degree of autonomy, reporting directly to the CEO, and will be instrumental in driving sales growth.

Day to Day of the role:

  • Prospect for new leads using LinkedIn, Sales Navigator, and other tools to build a robust pipeline.
  • Utilise Hubspot to maintain a database of prospects and engage with them through various channels to convert them into clients.
  • Create and deliver compelling presentations to C-suite level decision-makers across SMEs and large corporations.
  • Develop and execute a sales plan with a fast-paced test and grow approach, focusing on immediate results over prolonged strategy.
  • Collaborate with Account Management to support the onboarding of new clients.
  • Occasionally assist with tasks that support sales growth, such as booking speaking opportunities or providing limited marketing support.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Demonstrable B2B sales experience with a proven track record in the UK.
  • Strong knowledge of marketing, including digital marketing, SEO, and content marketing.
  • Ability to work UK hours, with a preference for candidates based close to Reading, UK.
  • Excellent command of spoken and written English.
  • Proficient presentation skills, particularly with PowerPoint or similar tools.
  • Experience using LinkedIn for prospecting, including Sales Navigator.
  • A positive, team-oriented mindset with a relentless drive to close sales.
