Our client based in Sturminster Marshall has an immediate requirement for an experienced administrator to join their small but very busy team.
The main responsibilities will include the following:
- Managing company correspondence, including phone calls, emails, letters and packages
- Handling bookkeeping, budgeting and billing cycles for the business
- Organising meetings, scheduling appointments
- Supervising administrative staff, designing office workflow
- Performing data entry roles, including updating records and databases for personnel, financial and legal information
- Managing inventory of office supplies, including stationery and multimedia equipment to ensure smooth office operations.
- Creating travel itineraries for employees and company events/ Work schedules
- Social media posting
Applicants must have recent office administration experience, good organisational skills and a good working IT knowledge, ability to us Microsoft outlook and Xero accounting software would be a distinct advantage, as would some previous accounts administration experience.
This is a full-time permanent position, working Monday to Friday 09:00 am till 17:00 pm. The starting salary will be from £25,000 - £26,000 per annum, there is a performance related bonus and also 28 days holiday - including bank holidays.
