My client, a highly successful local business, is seeking an efficient and proactive Administrator for several weeks in the lead up to Christmas. The assignment could be extended.
Typical duties include:
- Full administrative support to the office
- Working with the MD and Book-keeper to perform day to day tasks on Excel
- Tracking sales orders
- Producing PO's
- Answering 'phones and liaising with customers
- Managing office inbox and responding to customer's queries
Requirements for this role:
- Proven track record in Administration
- CRM / Database knowledge - full IT competency essential
- Customer Service experience
