- Collaboration and Planning:

Work closely with teachers to plan and deliver activities that engage learners wherever they are in their learning journey.

Support pupils during transitions and daily routines, ensuring a positive experience at school.
- Emotional Well-being and Social Skills:

Help pupils regulate their behaviour and emotions.

Encourage positive interactions and social skills, promoting a sense of belonging.
- Contribution to Assessments:

Contribute to formal SEND assessments, sharing insights with families and home schools.

- Swift Return to Education:
