Marketing and Graphics Coordinator

This dynamic, forward- thinking and award winning practice delivering consultancy services to a broad spectrum of clients in the construction industry are looking for a Marketing and Graphics Coordinator with a creative flair to join their busy marketing team. It's a busy and fast paced role in a fantastic team.

What you'll be doing...

Marketing

  • Work with the Bids and Marketing Director to develop social media strategies and implementation
  • Website maintenance, updates and monitoring and following up on website traffic
  • Improving external engagement (social media, recruitment, brand/business awareness)
  • Maintenance and on-going review of marketing activities, reporting on performance and suggested improvements
  • Web and social media analysis and reporting
  • Management of collateral library; pro actively updating and liaising with business to make sure content is up to date
  • Attendance at business development/marketing opportunities such as careers fairs and industry related events
  • Event organisation and management
  • Supporting in the submission of accreditations and awards, etc
  • Supporting the internal intranet homepage (SharePoint) with updates
  • Support the team and business with any administrative or project support as required

Graphics

  • Refining and ensuring correct implementation of brand guidelines
  • Producing, checking and adjusting artwork in line with brand guidelines
  • Growing and maintaining graphics library
  • Following our branding to design:
  • Diagrams and infographics for marketing materials and bids
  • Social media and website assets
  • Reports and brochures
  • Presentations
  • Print and digital artwork for campaigns and events
  • Internal and external newsletters
  • Updating, regulating and rolling-out company templates

The right person will be really self-motivated with a real passion for marketing who enjoys getting creative. You'll need previous experience in a marketing/graphics position with excellent written and creative communication skills and strongIndesign, ideally gained in construction, architecture, engineering or similar.
