A prestigious international Consultancy is seeking an experienced HR Analytics Manager to join their North West London offices. This client, known for its high-quality service and consulting support has global reach, is looking for a data-driven professional to lead their HR analytics.

HR Analytics Manager Key Responsibilities:

  • Drive HR systems digital transformation, focusing on Workday configuration and optimization
  • Develop and present sophisticated data analytics insights to senior stakeholders
  • Lead compensation benchmarking and reward processes across multiple regions
  • Manage a team of HR analysts
  • Prepare and deliver regular people and engagement reports
  • Maintain job architecture and ensure up-to-date pay ranges
  • Participate in union negotiations, providing data-driven insights
  • Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security within all HR systems

Required Experience:

  • Official Workday training certification
  • Proven track record in HR data analytics and reporting
  • Strong experience with compensation benchmarking tools and methodologies
  • Proficiency in google workspae and advanced data visualization techniques
  • Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a technical team
