A prestigious international Consultancy is seeking an experienced HR Analytics Manager to join their North West London offices. This client, known for its high-quality service and consulting support has global reach, is looking for a data-driven professional to lead their HR analytics.
HR Analytics Manager Key Responsibilities:
- Drive HR systems digital transformation, focusing on Workday configuration and optimization
- Develop and present sophisticated data analytics insights to senior stakeholders
- Lead compensation benchmarking and reward processes across multiple regions
- Manage a team of HR analysts
- Prepare and deliver regular people and engagement reports
- Maintain job architecture and ensure up-to-date pay ranges
- Participate in union negotiations, providing data-driven insights
- Ensure data integrity, privacy, and security within all HR systems
Required Experience:
- Official Workday training certification
- Proven track record in HR data analytics and reporting
- Strong experience with compensation benchmarking tools and methodologies
- Proficiency in google workspae and advanced data visualization techniques
- Demonstrated ability to lead and mentor a technical team
