Internal Account Manager

We are seeking an Internal Account Manager to join a Newhaven based team, focusing on maintaining and enhancing customer relationships. This role involves interpreting customer specifications, providing quotations, handling queries and complaints, processing orders, and managing job bags through our internal CRM system. You will be the primary point of contact for both in-house customers and sales representatives' clients, ensuring a smooth and efficient service.
Day-to-day of the role:
- Interpret customer specifications to provide accurate quotations.
- Handle customer queries and complaints with a solution-focused approach.
- Process orders efficiently and accurately.
- Book and manage job bags using the internal CRM system.
- Maintain strong relationships with pre-existing customers and occasionally engage with new customers.
- Collaborate with sales representatives to ensure their customers' needs are met.
- Ensure all customer interactions are logged and managed through the CRM system.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in account management or a similar customer service role.
- Strong understanding of CRM systems and their application in customer service.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to interpret technical specifications and provide accurate quotations.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
- A proactive approach to problem-solving and complaint resolution.
- Experience in processing orders and managing job bags is highly desirable.
