About the Role:

Agility Resourcing is delighted to be recruiting for a Customer Care Administrator on behalf of our esteemed client, a leading flooring provider based in Fulwood. This is a permanent role with a competitive salary package ranging between £23,500 and £25,000 depending on experience. If you are a highly organised individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for customer service, we would love to hear from you.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Logging Issues: Accurately record issues received from customers and builders, ensuring all details are logged and tracked efficiently.
  • Customer and Site Team Coordination: Contact customers and site teams to arrange necessary works, maintaining clear and professional communication at all times.
  • Liaising with Flooring Fitters: Work closely with flooring fitters to address and resolve any issues that arise during the fitting process.
  • Invoice and Materials Management: Sign off on fitters' invoices and manage the return of materials from fitters, ensuring all documentation is accurate and up-to-date.
  • Quotations: Prepare and send quotes for works required, ensuring all pricing and service details are communicated clearly and promptly.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in a customer service or administrative role, preferably within the construction or flooring industry.
  • Excellent organisational skills and attention to detail.
  • Strong communication skills, both written and verbal.
  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize effectively.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
