Communicate are a boutique Accounting & Finance recruitment agency based in the City of London and we are seeking ambitious trainee recruiters to join our team. We take pride in being trusted recruiters for CFOs and senior finance professionals across the UK, USA and Ireland. To facilitate the next phase of our growth, we are looking to hire an Associate Consultant to join one of our high-performing teams. Reporting into a successful, dynamic and accomplished manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn from the best and gain exposure to all stages of the recruitment cycle from day one. Key responsibilities will include:

  • Sourcing suitable candidates who meet both the skill set and personality needs of our clients
  • Headhunting candidates for both immediate recruitment needs and networking purposes
  • Database management
  • Generating leads ie. gathering pieces of information that will lead to new business for you/your team
  • Taking and understanding client briefs, enabling you to generate high-quality shortlists
  • Handling the entire recruitment cycle from "job on" through to post-offer process management
