To facilitate the next phase of our growth, we are looking to hire an Associate Consultant to join one of our high-performing teams. Reporting into a successful, dynamic and accomplished manager, this is a fantastic opportunity to learn from the best and gain exposure to all stages of the recruitment cycle from day one. Key responsibilities will include:
- Sourcing suitable candidates who meet both the skill set and personality needs of our clients
- Headhunting candidates for both immediate recruitment needs and networking purposes
- Database management
- Generating leads ie. gathering pieces of information that will lead to new business for you/your team
- Taking and understanding client briefs, enabling you to generate high-quality shortlists
- Handling the entire recruitment cycle from "job on" through to post-offer process management
