Minimum Rate of Pay: £86.40 a day (dependent on experience)
Hours: 8:30 AM - 4:00 PM
Working Hours: Monday to Friday, Term-Time Only
Prospero Teaching are looking for enthusiastic Psychology graduates to join a special educational needs school as Teaching Assistants. This is a fantastic opportunity to apply your psychological theory in a real-world setting, supporting students with complex needs, including autism and trauma-related challenges. You'll be involved in shaping students' academic, emotional, and social growth, using your knowledge to help them overcome barriers to learning.
Key Responsibilities:
- Apply psychological principles to support students with diverse needs.
- Assist in creating and delivering tailored learning strategies and activities.
- Work alongside teachers and specialists to monitor and assess student progress.
- Provide one-on-one and group support to students in both academic and social settings.
