My client has recently moved into state of the art offices on the outskirts of Beccles and are looking to expand their transactional team.
They are looking for an Accounts Assistant with experience to join an existing team of 6. This role is predominantly purchase ledger though, as with any good team, there is an element of helping out across the workload to make sure that absences and covered and deadlines are hit.
You can expect your role to include:
- Processing invoices
- Making payments to suppliers
- Reconciling statements
- Resolving issues
If you can offer a year or two of accounts experience, they can offer an excellent office environment and a friendly, professional team together with strong benefits that include the opportunity for study, if desired.
An understanding of Excel would be an advantage to the team but it is not essential.
