Due to unprecedented growth, they are now looking to add an Electronics Production Supervisor to their passionate, high performing team in Brackley.
In this role you will be supervising a production team working with electronic products. This will be a hands-on role where you will be both supervising & also assembling & testing electronic products to ensure high quality and high productivity of work, alongside production targets being met.

The role:
- Electronics Production Supervisor
- Assembly and test of electronics-based products
- Following quality procedures
- Resolving minor production issues
- Focused on the productivity of the team & hitting production plans & targets
- Participate in production meetings, providing insights and updates on resource availability and team members performance
The person:
- Previous experience within an electronics role & ability to supervise a team
- Passionate, motivated & target driven, a great communicator who can lead from the front to get the best out of a production team
