Prospero Teaching are recruiting for a SEND Teacher for a long term teaching position at a lovely SEND School in Wakefield.
The school educates children with complex care needs and learning difficulties aged between 11-19 years old.
This is a long term role to start September 2024
This roles purpose is to teach and support students with additional needs. You will support the students with their learning, each student as an EHCP and ILP that must be adhered to.
EXPERIENCE, TRAINING AND QUALIFICATIONS
QTS (or equivalent)
Previous experience teaching students with SEND
Up to date Safeguarding training issued in the last year (desirable however not essential as Safeguarding training is provided)
An enhanced DBS on the update service

TO BE ELIGIBLE FOR THIS ROLE THROUGH PROSPERO TEACHING, YOU MUST:
Hold Right to Work in the UK
Hold an enhanced child barred list DBS certificate registered with the online update service or be willing to process a new application
Provide two professional related references
