I am currently seeking dedicated and qualified Science Teachers with specialisations in Physics, Biology, or Chemistry to join our well-regarded secondary schools in the Cambridgeshire area. Key Responsibilities:

  • Plan and deliver engaging and challenging lessons in your specialised subject area (Physics, Biology, or Chemistry) that inspire students to achieve their full potential.
  • Utilise a variety of teaching methods and resources to promote scientific inquiry, critical thinking, and a deep understanding of scientific concepts.
  • Support students in developing practical skills through laboratory work, experiments, and hands-on activities.
  • Foster a positive and inclusive learning environment that encourages student participation, collaboration, and a love for science.
  • Monitor and assess student progress, providing constructive feedback and support to aid their academic and personal development.
  • Collaborate with colleagues in the science department to share best practices and contribute to the ongoing improvement of the science curriculum.

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) is required for this position.
  • A relevant degree in Physics, Biology, Chemistry, or a related field.
  • Experience teaching your subject area at the secondary level is highly desirable.
  • Strong knowledge of the subject matter and a passion for science education.
  • Excellent communication and organisational skills.
