Responsibilities:
- Operate based on pre-bookable, triage, and acute appointments, utilising a well-understood system by the patient population.
- Conduct very few home visits, taking advantage of excellent local amenities.
- Provide continuity of care in a small rural locality, servicing a small community where patients are well-known and cared for.
- Work within a multidisciplinary team including a practice nurse, nurse practitioners, HCA, social prescribers, GP care advisors, first contact MSK physiotherapist, and a clinical pharmacist, along with highly trained dispensing and administration staff.
Requirements:
- Fully qualified GP with GMC registration.
- Completion of annual appraisal and re-validation (when appropriate).
- Listed on the NHSE medical performers list.
- Successful completion of a Disclosure and Barring Service Check.
