Cover Supervisor

We are seeking a Cover Supervisor who is passionate about education and possesses strong behaviour management skills. This role is essential in maintaining a positive learning environment and ensuring the continuity of education during teacher absences.
Day to Day of the role:
- Supervise and manage student behaviour in the absence of regular teachers.
- Deliver pre-set lesson plans and ensure students engage in meaningful learning activities.
- Promote a positive and inclusive classroom atmosphere.
- Adapt to different school settings across Cambridge, providing consistency and support to students.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven track record in effectively managing student behaviour.
- Some teaching experience is desirable, though not mandatory.
- Relevant qualifications in education are essential.
- Flexibility to work full-week or part-time assignments.
- Availability to work from 8:30 AM to 3:30 PM.
