Rate: £140 per day

Location: Various sites across London (onsite)

Job Description

The IT Support Engineer will not be assigned to a single base site. This role requires covering various locations across London on a rotational basis and filling in for absences as needed.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide day-to-day local and remote desktop support.
  • Work on a shift rota from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.
  • Manage the ServiceNow ticketing system with accurate updates.
  • Support end users on NGD devices at the Tech Hub, with 90% of the role being customer-facing.
  • Escalate unresolved tickets to the appropriate team.
  • Perform basic troubleshooting on Windows and Mac devices.
  • Demonstrate a strong understanding of MS Office 365 and Teams.

Additional Requirements:

  • Location

: Candidates should be based in or near London, with the flexibility to commute and adapt to a schedule that may require alternating between early and late shifts.

  • Technical Skills

: A strong understanding of the ServiceNow ticketing system, Windows, Mac, Azure, and NGD deployments is essential.

  • Immediate Availability

: Candidates who are available to start immediately are preferred.
