Title: IT Support Engineer
Term: 2 months +
Rate: £140 per day
Location: Various sites across London (onsite)
Job Description
The IT Support Engineer will not be assigned to a single base site. This role requires covering various locations across London on a rotational basis and filling in for absences as needed.
Responsibilities:
- Provide day-to-day local and remote desktop support.
- Work on a shift rota from 8:30 am to 6:30 pm.
- Manage the ServiceNow ticketing system with accurate updates.
- Support end users on NGD devices at the Tech Hub, with 90% of the role being customer-facing.
- Escalate unresolved tickets to the appropriate team.
- Perform basic troubleshooting on Windows and Mac devices.
- Demonstrate a strong understanding of MS Office 365 and Teams.
Additional Requirements:
- Location
: Candidates should be based in or near London, with the flexibility to commute and adapt to a schedule that may require alternating between early and late shifts.
- Technical Skills
: A strong understanding of the ServiceNow ticketing system, Windows, Mac, Azure, and NGD deployments is essential.
- Immediate Availability
: Candidates who are available to start immediately are preferred.
