A global not-for-profit organisation are looking for an Interim HR Operations Manager on an interim basis. This could be a temp to perm opportunity too. The role is to support in building the HR infrastructure and work closely with the wider business to ensure HR best practice is adhered to. The role offers hybrid working and is based in London.

Description
An Interim HR Operations Manager to:
- Support on building the HR infrastructure
- Develop and update policies and processes on a global scale
- Support on embedding HR operational activity
- Lead on conversations with the SLT around HR best practice and ways of working
- Support managers with their resourcing strategy and talent pooling
- Provide operational advice to the wider business and delivery any operational HR duties
- Work closely with the HR Director to enable better utilisation of the HR System
- Potentially support on ER Casework
- Support the organisation after a considerable target operating model change
Profile
An Interim HR Operations Manager with:
- Previous operational HR experience
- Strong initiative and ability to get stuck in
- Previous experience working in an organisation going through considering target operating model changes as well as overall organisational change
- Global experience desirable
- Previous experience working in a fast pace organisation
