Position: Team Leader - Nordic Team
Language Requirement: Fluency in Swedish (knowledge of Danish and/or Norwegian is advantageous) - both verbal and written
Location: Work at Home
Hours: Full-Time, 37.5 hours per week (7:45 am - 4:15 pm, Monday to Friday)
Start Date: ASAP
About the Opportunity:
We are recruiting on behalf of a valued client for a skilled and motivated Team Leader to oversee a Nordic customer service team. This is a fantastic opportunity for a confident leader to join a vibrant team supporting consumers across a range of services, including account management, technical support, and general inquiries via voice, email, and social media platforms.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead and develop a team of customer service advisors, fostering a positive and productive environment.
- Conduct regular performance reviews, providing coaching and feedback to ensure individual and team success.
- Monitor and analyze performance metrics to drive continuous improvement.
- Collaborate with senior management to align team goals with business objectives.
- Oversee day-to-day operations to ensure high-quality service delivery across all channels.
About You:
The ideal candidate will bring excellent leadership skills and a passion for motivating teams. Fluency in Swedish is essential, and additional proficiency in Danish or Norwegian is highly desirable. A background in team management within a customer service or contact center environment is required. Strong analytical, organizational, and communication skills are key to success in this role.
