Electrical Shift Lead

Are you qualified electrical maintenance engineer in building services with experience leading a team? I would like to speak with you! One of my long-standing clients are actively seeking a new electrical shift lead engineer to work on a flagship building in London. This is a great opportunity to work with a highly skilled team in a challenging, client facing role.

Duties

  • Signing off PPMs and reactive works carried out by the team
  • Electrical & mechanical reactive and planned maintenance
  • Creating RAMS
  • Organising and liaising with subcontractors
  • Managing logbooks
  • Issuing permits to work

Requirements

  • City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical field
  • Previous experience in building services maintenance for FM service provider or on a critical in-house contract
  • Career Driven & Motivated
  • Available to take on overtime (paid in addition to your salary)
