One of my long-standing clients are actively seeking a new electrical shift lead engineer to work on a flagship building in London. This is a great opportunity to work with a highly skilled team in a challenging, client facing role.
Duties
- Signing off PPMs and reactive works carried out by the team
- Electrical & mechanical reactive and planned maintenance
- Creating RAMS
- Organising and liaising with subcontractors
- Managing logbooks
- Issuing permits to work
Requirements
- City & Guilds / NVQ Level 3 (or equivalent) in Electrical field
- Previous experience in building services maintenance for FM service provider or on a critical in-house contract
- Career Driven & Motivated
- Available to take on overtime (paid in addition to your salary)
Benefits/Package
- £50,000 to £54,000 per annum
