£35,000 + Uncapped Commission (£80,000 OTE) + Car / Car Allowance

Our client is committed to providing cutting-edge security solutions to the construction industry.
As a Business Development Manager, you'll be responsible for:
- Identifying and targeting key prospects within the construction industry
- Building and nurturing relationships with decision-makers and stakeholders
- Understanding client needs and proposing tailored security solutions
- Developing and executing strategic sales plans to meet and exceed targets
- Providing ongoing support and customer service to clients
Requirements of a Business Development Manager:
- Proven experience in business development or sales
- Experience selling CCTV or security into the construction industry
- A deep understanding of the construction industry and its unique challenges and opportunities
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Strong relationship-building abilities and a customer-centric mindset
- The ability to work independently and as part of a team
- A results-driven approach and a track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets
