Duties
You will have an experienced Team Leader reporting to you who run the inbound sales, you will also have experienced advisors reporting to you directly**.**
You will have full autonomy in this role and work as a part of the Senior Management team in creating new strategies, streamlining processes & present solutions to internal stakeholders
We are looking for an experienced Contact Centre Sales Manager who can drive performance, coach & develop teams and support the sales growth plans.
This Contact Centre Sales Manager role will drive the teams to be consistent and deliver high quality premium brand consumer experiences through the telephone sales and retail experience teams.
You will have a good understanding and experience in a sales environment, good written and verbal skills to communicate and negotiate at all levels.
