We are recruiting for Operations Assistant in Feltham. This role will be part of our Night Export department. The successful candidate, who will be reporting to the Warehouse Manager, will be responsible for producing CSD's and cutting and closing MAWBs.
Duties / Responsibilities
- To maintain systems and processes and to provide good customer service. Production & preparation of and all related requirements for exports.?
- HMC control requirements to enable exports?
- To liaise with airlines, branches and warehouse
- Problem solving - that may affect performance i.e. prepare paperwork for customs and airlines or monitor inbound/outbound flights?
- To ensure shipment procedures are followed according to procedures?
- To maintain accurate data on company systems?
- To match Export Records for export customs
- Ensure that the company operates within all agreed operational procedures, and within statutory requirements including the provision and maintenance of a safe working environment?
Skills and Competencies
- Microsoft Office, Word and Excel?
- Good communicator
- Team Player?
- Experience with Security "Regulated Agent" and CargoWise would be preferred but not essential?
- Analytical skills an advantage
