This firm is known for its innovation and dedication to providing top-tier legal services, and they are looking for a talented individual to assist their Team Leader/Senior Conveyancer in managing a varied and exciting caseload.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist with residential property transactions, including sales, purchases, remortgages, and transfers of equity.
- Draft and review key legal documents, ensuring smooth progression to completion.
- Liaise with clients, estate agents, and lenders, providing updates and resolving issues.
- Conduct legal research, prepare files, and ensure compliance with regulatory standards.
Essential Experience:
- Significant experience in residential conveyancing.
- Strong organisational skills and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and proficiency with conveyancing software.
