A growing financial services company based in central Manchester seeks a dedicated Case Handler to join their Sales Support / Case Management Operations team. This role supports specialist underwriters and ensures the smooth progression of loans from initiation to completion. This position offers a pathway to various career opportunities within the company.
Experience required:
- Ideally, you will have previous experience either within an underwriting team or as a case manager in a financial services environment
- We will also consider individuals that have customer service or administrative experience with a Bank or in Financial Services
- Strong communication skills and ability to manage a process from cradle to grave is essential.
Key Responsibilities:

Issuing Loan Terms:

Draft and issue loan terms accurately and promptly.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulations.

Searches and Due Diligence:

Conduct credit and background checks on borrowers.

Perform land registry and fraud searches.

Documentation:

Compile necessary documentation for underwriters.

Ensure all documents are complete and accurate.

Communication:

Liaise with solicitors and brokers to gather required information.

Maintain regular communication with all stakeholders.

Drawdown Process:

Collect and verify borrower information for payments.

Assess reports from quantity surveyors.
Skills and Qualifications:

Previous experience in financial services or loan processing preferred.
