About The Agency:

They're looking for an enthusiastic and motivated individual to help elevate the agencies digital presence while supporting the agency's day-to-day content needs.
Key Responsibilities:
- Work directly with models and talent to take high-quality digitals, videos, and content for portfolios, casting submissions, and social media.
- Create, schedule, and manage engaging content across the agency's Instagram, TikTok, and other social media channels to showcase talent and highlight the agency's brand.
- Assist in developing creative concepts, from photoshoots to behind-the-scenes videos, ensuring fresh and dynamic content that resonates with the fashion community.
- Interact with followers, respond to comments, and grow the community by engaging with relevant industry trends and conversations.
- closely with models, photographers, and industry professionals to produce and distribute content that aligns with the agency's goals.
- Track social media performance metrics to optimise content strategy and report on engagement and growth.
- Ensure smooth workflow and communication between the imaging department and team of agents with image updates, talent development and promotional material.
- Manage project timelines, budgets, and deliverables, ensuring all visual content is completed on schedule and within budget.
- Work closely with the Managing Director to align the visual direction with the agency's overall strategy and brand identity.
- Direct model test shoots, polaroid's, portfolios, and brand image creation, ensuring each model is presented in the best possible light to potential clients.
- Oversee the editing, retouching, and final output of images to ensure they meet the highest quality standard.
- Managing the company's Website/home page - insuring images are up to date, working on Company marketing.
- Working with the Managing Director and team on social media ideas to boost the companies and models awareness.
- Coming up with creative concepts for promotional purposes of the agency and talent, thinking of new ideas in stills and moving image promotion.
About You:
- Passionate for fashion, photography, content creation, and social media.
- A creative thinker with a keen eye for aesthetics and detail.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills alongside strong admin skills.
- Basic knowledge of social media platforms and content tools (Instagram, TikTok, Canva, Photoshop, etc.).
- Photography and videography skills - Adobe Photoshop, Lightroom, beauty retouching, DSLR photography skills,
- Organised, proactive, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
- Previous experience in a modelling agency, photography studio, or similar environment is a plus.
- Bachelor's degree in fashion, photography, marketing, or a related field is a plus but not required if you have commercial experience.
