Part Sales Advisor Wimbledon Office Based 9am - 5:30pm

Our client a leading supplier of car parts is looking for a switched on and enthusiastic Part Sales Advisor to join their team.
This is an integral role within the sales team, currently consisting of a team of 3 Sales people and a Sales Manager. The client needs someone who has experience selling car parts or working on cars.
Part Sales Advisor Job Specification:
- Dealing with customers on a daily basis, largely via telephone or email
- Processing orders through from start to end
- Updating the in- house Order Management system with customer communications, account updates, order updates and new sales orders/ quotations
- Auditing customer records
- Following up with any customer issues in regards to delivery times/ products etc
- Being proactive on a daily basis with both existing and new customers
- Responsibility for reporting
- Ensuring all customers are kept up to date from point of sale to delivery.
- Working with the dispatch, goods in and procurement teams to ensure customer expectations are met.
- Awareness and understanding of other departments "capacity thresholds" and working in partnership to ensure a smooth service to the customer.
Part Sales Advisor Requirements:
- Experience of working in a similar industry
- Sales experience - both inbound and outbound
- Maintaining strong relationships both internally and externally
- Ability to prioritise work load and work under pressure
- Problem solver
- Excellent communication and listening skills
- Strong understanding of databases and keen attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a diverse team
- Must want to work in a highly motivated team environment where performance leads to rewards
- A good telephone manner with strong rapport building skills
- Experience of working in a fast-paced environment
