Finance Administrator

Location: Crumlin. Shift Pattern: Monday - Friday, 8:40am - 5:20pm

Randox Laboratories is currently seeking to recruit a Finance Administrator to support our growing Finance department. The position will be based at our headquarters in Crumlin, Co. Antrim. This is an excellent and exciting opportunity for someone who has an interest in working within finance and looking to develop their career within a growing international company.

Key Tasks & Responsibilities

  1. Posting daily bank payments to Sage for the purchase ledger and other payments.
  2. Putting all payments onto the bank as required for payroll, the purchase ledger and other requirements.
  3. Issuing petty cash and floats to all traveling staff.
  4. Managing petty cash returns and receipts.
  5. Posting all petty cash movements to Sage.
  6. Completing bank reconciliations for all accounts monthly, ensuring no issues occur.
  7. Any other reasonable duties as requested by management.

Essential:

  1. Be proficient in the use of Microsoft Office packages such as Word, Excel, and Outlook.

Desirable:

  1. Previous experience in a similar role
  2. Previous administrative experience.
  3. Experience of Sage 500 and SAP.
