An exciting opportunity has arisen for a current experienced Warehouse Supervisor who is ready to take their next step in their career to join a dynamic logistics company as their Warehouse Manager. - Salary: £38,000 to £42,000 per annum.
- Monday to Friday 9am- 5pm (with a Saturday requirement in the future- time in lei or paid overtime).

Day to Day of the role:
- Oversee all aspects of stock management, including inventory control, receiving, and dispatch tracking.
- Collaborate with the order team to ensure physical goods align with WMS records.
- Conduct weekly meetings with the director to discuss warehouse operations and strategies.
- Manage a team of 6 operatives, providing leadership and support to ensure efficient warehouse operations.
- Conduct regular warehouse checks and organise maintenance activities, maintaining accurate records.
- Uphold high standards of health and safety, and security in the working environment.
- Perform site audits to ensure compliance with regulations and operational efficiency.
- Audit tools, equipment, and forklifts to maintain quality standards.
- Record and address any lost, damaged, missing, or faulty items, overseeing the ordering of replacements.
- Ensure accurate receipt of goods and liaise with employees for timely stock ordering for projects.
- Maintain warehouse and site area cleanliness and safety.
- Manage ETSF in/out/bond check maintenance.
- Negotiate with suppliers regarding packaging materials and employment agency contracts.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
- Proven experience in warehouse management, ideally within a similar industry.
- Minimum of 3 years' experience as a Warehouse Manager.
- Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
- In-depth knowledge of health and safety regulations and best practices.
- Experience and knowledge in handling Dangerous Goods (DG).
- Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
- Dangerous goods experience.
