We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Residential Property Solicitor to join an established and highly regarded Conveyancing Department in Coventry. Based in the heart of the town centre this practice are well regarded and have a strong client base from across the local area and the wider West Midlands, therefore there will always be a steady & reliable source of work in place.
A perfect role for an experienced legal professional to join a thriving, busy and experienced team, and provide a quality legal service, assisting clients in an array of conveyancing matters.
The role will typically consist of:
- Dealing with house sale and purchases through to completion
- Re-mortgages
- Developments and plot sales
- Transfers of equity
The successful candidate will have a minimum of 2 years post qualification experience handling residential conveyancing transactional work. Experience of business development and the ability to forge relationships with new & existing clients will also be essential.
There is scope for progression within the department and a clear pathway to developing into a position of leadership.
