Contracts Lawyer experience to include:
- Commercial contracts experience
- Advising on procurement contracts
- Service agreements
- E-commerce contracts
- Distribution agreements
- Agency agreements
- a strong knowledge of UK GDPR and Data Protection rules, regulations and compliance
- Able to build strong and lasting relationships
- Have strong communication skills
