Subcontractor Manager - Service Delivery in Facilities Maintenance sector

I have an exciting opportunity for a Subcontractor Manager who wants a busy and varied office-based role.

I am recruiting for a company who specialise in providing reactive and planned maintenance to national high street retailers of specialist designer brands, as well as other clientele. They have been an expert in their field for over thirty years and are a well-established company with a great team dynamic and due to many major contract wins are regularly growing and expanding. Due to this growth and having moved to new modern serviced offices, they are now looking for an experienced, dynamic, motivated individual to fill this core position within their management team to looking after a pool of subcontractor's covering UK and Europe and work closely with the Helpdesk Manager.

We are ideally looking for someone with Service Delivery, Subcontractor and Project Management (small works). If you have experience within Facilities Management (planned and reactive), within the hospitality or retail sector that would be a perfect match however not essential.

This is potentially a new role where you can implement your expertise and eventually build your own team so we are looking for someone who is a passionate and dynamic person looking for the next step in their career where they can make their mark and bring ideas.

This is a great time to join the Management team on their journey reporting directly to the Managing Director.

You will cover the following areas:

Sub-contractor management, sourcing, vetting, onboarding

Quality standards on site and office admin.

Managing small Projects & Contract mobilisation, Initial client enquiry, site survey with sub-contractor

Working with estimator to deliver estimate on time - Mobilisation of project

Health and Safety

Site visits and client meetings

You will work closely with the Helpdesk Manager to ensure the highest of service is delivered to all clients.

Previous experience as a Subcontractor Manager, Project Manager (Small works) or Service Delivery Manager type role is essential. IOSH, NBOSH required PRINCE qualification would be highly beneficial
