Role Description
This is a full-time hybrid role for a Property Consultant at a well known Estate Agents. The Property Consultant will be responsible for consulting with clients, communicating effectively, providing exceptional customer service, engaging in sales activities, and leveraging knowledge of the real estate market. This role is based in Swindon, with flexibility for remote work.

Experience Required:
- Consulting, Sales, and Real Estate skills
- Strong communication and customer service skills
- Experience in the real estate industry
- Ability to build and maintain client relationships
- Knowledge of property valuations and market trends
- Excellent negotiation skills
- Understanding of property laws and regulations
- Working knowledge of the Swindon Property Market
