As a Business Support Administrator, you will handle and oversee a variety of reception and administrative tasks within a professional services setting. Your responsibilities will include supporting and contributing to the business activities and reputation, both internally and externally.

Key Responsibilities:
- Answering the telephone, taking messages, and directing calls and inquiries for all offices
- Assisting with the onboarding of new projects
- Providing administrative support to project teams, including formatting, typing, and collating documents
- Supporting the Management System Team with administrative tasks
- Assisting with facilities management
- Helping the CPD team with training administration
- Maintaining office supplies
- Monitoring inboxes
- Managing and processing documents, including filing both digital and physical records
- Archiving company documents
Experience and Skills Requirements
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Excellent skill level in the use of Microsoft Office (Word / Excel / Outlook)
- Excellent skill level in the use of Adobe Pro
- Excellent organisational / time management skills
- Commitment to continual improvement at a personal and company level
