Candidates must have or be able to gain SC clearance for this role (This means you must be a UK national or have been a resident in the UK for a minimum of five years)

I am very excited to offer a fantastic opportunity for a skilled Appian Developer to join my client's innovative and forward-thinking team. This role is ideal for someone who is passionate about Appian Low-code development and is looking to have a direct impact on team development and customer service improvement.

Duties of the role include:

  • Evaluate user requests for business process automation, determining feasibility and technical requirements.
  • Work directly with customers throughout the project lifecycle to define, design, and implement business process-based solutions.
  • Support data migration, loading, and conversion between data stores.
  • Assist in application deployment and production roll-out.
  • Deliver continuous improvement of service delivery for implemented Appian solutions.
  • Communicate independently with both customer technical teams and business owners during design, implementation, and service phases.
  • Drive improvement with Appian-based solutions that make a real difference to the customer's business.

Required Skills & Qualifications:

  • Strong commercial experience in software engineering, ideally with ERP, CRM, BPM/Workflow, Data Integration Architecture, or EAI.
  • Solid experience with Appian
  • Passion for technology and building modern responsive web applications, mobile-first solutions, and composite applications.
  • Proven success in cross-functional teams using agile methodologies.
  • Excellent communication skills.

Ability to gain SC clearance due to the nature of the work involved.
