We are currently seeking a
Business
Administrator
for one of our clients who are a leader in their field and pride themselves on their positive working culture. This is a brand-new opportunity based in Alnwick, where you will play a pivotal part in providing key administrative support and ensuring the smooth running of the office. You will be joining a friendly and dynamic team, with the ability to take the lead on some of the administrative duties. This role would suit a confident administrator, with a strong attention to detail and the ability to multitask.
Duties as a Business Administrator;
- Typing documentation and devising reports
- Handling queries, in person, via phone and digitally
- Managing diaries and organising meetings
- Following up with appointments
- Maintaining systems
- Liaising with internal and external parties
- Upkeeping both paper and electronic files
- Providing administrative support to the office
- General ad-hoc duties relevant to the post
What we are looking for:
- Demonstrated experience within an administrative post (essential)
- Strong Microsoft Office Skills, with an excellent Excel knowledge
- An excellent attention to detail
- A proactive approach with strong organisational skills
- Can manage workload appropriately and meet deadlines
- Strong customer service, accuracy and numeracy skills
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
To be successful as a Business Administrator you will be a personable individual with the ability to prioritise tasks and problem solve. In return the successful candidate will receive a salary between £22k-£23k, working Monday to Friday with some excellent company benefits.
