Description
Managing social media pages by posting updates and responding to comments and messages
- Updating website
- Using Wordpress
- Using website analytics to ascertain the relative effectiveness of ongoing campaigns and understand the way users interact with the site
- Submitting ideas for marketing programmes designed to enhance and grow the company's brand
- Maintaining and working on the CRM system
- Posting on Linked In
- General clerical duties, including data entry, photocopying, scanning, and filing
- Manage incoming and outgoing correspondence, including mail, emails, and phone calls
- Maintain office supplies inventory and place orders as needed
- Coordinate and schedule appointments, meetings, and travel arrangements for staff members
- Assist with bookkeeping tasks and liaise with the external accountants as needed
- Prepare and distribute memos, letters, reports, and other documents - Assist in organizing company events or meetings
Profile
A successful Office Administrator / Marketing Assistant should have:
- Experience in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience in a similar role within the Energy & Natural Resources industry
- Strong organisational and multi-tasking skills
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Knowledge of social media platforms and digital marketing tools
