Location: Sutton Coldfield, Birmingham (Hybrid flexible, 3 days office, 2 from home)

Salary: Up to £28,000 per annum (DOE)

To help support us on this journey, we are now seeking a Marketing Assistant who shares our commitment to compassion and excellence, and who can help us communicate our message with thoughtfulness and understanding.

There's lots to do so you'll need to have excellent interpersonal skills, have great attention to detail and enjoy working cross-functionally in teams.

This role is pivotal in supporting the smooth operation and execution of marketing campaigns and brand-related activities in which you will be involved in:

  • Overseeing the Brand Inbox, efficiently managing and redirecting queries from branches, Business Leaders, and Heads of Regions across our network.
  • Assisting in the preparation and coordination of marketing campaigns, ensuring that all creative assets, collateral, and materials are approved, prepared, and aligned with overarching campaign objectives.
  • Facilitating cross-functional collaboration between the marketing, creative, and product teams to ensure seamless campaign execution.
  • Acting as a liaison between the marketing team and the finance department to resolve internal and external invoice queries promptly.
  • Supporting the execution of customer communication strategies by participating in the testing of communication materials for readability, compliance, and effectiveness.
  • Providing flexible, ad-hoc support for other marketing or administrative projects as needed.

What you will bring:

  • Multiple years of experience within a marketing or fast-paced administrative role.
  • Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities, with a proven track record of managing multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent problem-solving ability, adaptability to changing priorities and ability to bring creative ideas to improve processes.
  • Demonstrable experience showing ability to build key relationships with both internal & external
  • Proactive attitude, with a willingness to take initiative and seek out opportunities to improve processes and outcomes.
  • Meticulous attention to detail, with the capability to work under tight deadlines while maintaining high standards of accuracy and quality.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
