About The Role

Here's what you'll be doing:
- Dive deep into the operational heart of our business, partnering with our Operations Team providing financial stewardship and analysis.
- Unleash your analytical skills, preparing insightful reports that analyse operational performance, ensuring reporting accuracy to drive margin enhancing business decisions.
- Collaborate with senior finance to ensure a seamless month-end close and timely financial reporting, weekly KPI's and management accounts production.
- Partner the operations management team to drive efficiency improvements and support decision making.
- Implement balance sheet controls aligned with relevant supporting evidence.
- Embrace continuous improvement, identifying opportunities to streamline processes and boost efficiency.
We're looking for someone who:
- Must hold a recognized accounting qualification (ACA/ACCA/CIMA).
- Boasts a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar operations accountant role.
- Possesses a keen eye for detail and a commitment to accuracy.
- Thrives in a collaborative environment and enjoys building strong relationships across departments.
- Demonstrates a passion for problem-solving and a proactive approach to optimizing processes.
- Is a whizz with excel and adaptable to new technologies.
