Are you a proactive and experienced Technical Lead looking to join a passionate team of professionals dedicated to delivering top-tier technology solutions to customers? We're seeking an individual to lead a small team of software engineers across multiple projects and SCRUM teams.
Technical Lead Developer Role Overview:
- Lead and mentor software engineers, ensuring efficient, secure, and scalable solutions.
- Facilitate agile software delivery and ensure adherence to SCRUM principles.
- Collaborate with the Development Manager and other Technical Leads on codebase management.
- Implement improvements in processes, tools, and coding standards for better customer experiences and team productivity.
- Maintain coding standards and support the team through technical guidance and work reviews.
- Manage performance reviews, recruitment, career planning, and training for team members.
- Conduct technical reviews of user stories and assist the Product Owner with backlog management.
- Communicate delivery progress to stakeholders through various mediums.
Technical Lead Developer Main Responsibilities:
- Assist with release preparation and codebase management.
- Identify and implement improvements in ways of working.
- Conduct technical reviews and assist in managing the product backlog.
- Facilitate daily scrum, sprint planning, sprint demo, and retrospectives.
- Measure and report on standard SCRUM metrics.
- Communicate delivery progress to relevant stakeholders.
