Travel Operations Manager - We are working with a small, privately owned tour operator, specialising in luxury tailor-made Ski holidays to Japan. They are looking for passionate and experienced Operations Manager OR Executive to join their growing team. They will pay up to £35,000 for an Ops Manager OR up to £30,000 for an Operations Executive.
Travel Operations Manager - The role:
- You will oversee all aspects of travel operations
- Ensure client expectations are exceeded throughout the booking process as well as getting feedback after they return encouraging them to book again for the following season.
- Checking bookings, creating and sending out documentation
- Adhoc support with IT and Content Creation
- Creating invoices and sending balance reminders, processing payments and confirmation receipts.
- Assist with Late Booking amendments
What do you look like?
- Highly organised, with good time management skills and a high level attention to detail.
- Be able to demonstrate a good standard of written English
- Comfortable with multiple technology platforms. As well as our in-house reservations systems and processes, you will need to work with the booking engines and platforms of our suppliers, notably booking engines, accountancy software, bed banks and flight consolidators
Travel Operations Manager - The important stuff
- Working Hours: 09:00 - 17:00 Monday to Friday
- Able to attend the office in Cheltenham 3 days a week, Monday Tuesday and Wednesday.
- A love for Japan would be advantageous but not essential
