About the role

Base Location: Perth or Aberdeen

Salary: £35,142 - £40,246 + a range of other benefits to support your family, finances and wellbeing.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

The key responsibilities of an Asset Information Officer are:

  • Ensure accurate and complete data and information exchange among various stakeholders across various platforms and reporting tools such as Maximo, Vault, GIS, Regulatory Reporting and Benchmarking.
  • Document control updates including; quality control of existing records and handover of new projects.
  • Using the company's asset management system Vault to support the Asset Management team with the reporting of operation and maintenance activities, ensuring the correct documentation, data and models are all up to date.
  • Roll out any relevant updates to document management system and ensure all stakeholders are thoroughly updated with procedures and training.
  • Promote and implement future upgrades for document control including information handling systems.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Previous experience in document control role, ideally on large scale, complex projects throughout the project lifecycle.
  • Extensive experience in the using company-standard document management systems. This should be at super user level with additional training in the administration aspects of the software.
  • Demonstrate excellent communication and interpersonal skills for effective engagement and influencing across all levels within the organisation.
  • Ability to prioritise workload as required to meet expectations and work effectively without constant supervision.
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team or independently.
