Nexus Recruitment are seeking a Block Property Manager for an established real estate firm in West London. My client is well respected within the market and pride themselves on their industry leading standards and employee retention. The portfolio they manage is typically more traditional blocks within central London, and this is allocated depending on your experience. This position has come about due to the acquisition of a new portfolio, so they are looking to recruit now in order to maintain a smooth handover.
Core duties:
- Management of a central London portfolio, circa 250 units
- Regular site inspections
- Set & manage service charge budgets as well as year-end accounts
- Carry out Section20 major works from start to finish
- Oversee contractors, ensuring they have the correct permits for work
- Ensuring your portfolio is compliant with current leasehold legislation
- Build a cohesive relationship with all key stakeholders
- Manage your portfolio with a customer led approach
Required skill-set:
- 2+ years private leasehold experience
- ATPI qualified, MTPI desired
- Personable with a proven ability to build a rapport with key stakeholders
- Previous experience with a London portfolio
